Please keep all items in their original packaging with tags attached; items must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for a refund.

Bring your item and proof of purchase to any Ollie's Bargain Outlet location, as all returns must be processed in-person at our retail stores.
Receive Your Refund
Once validated, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, or as a store credit if you do not have a receipt.
